Если Вы попали на эту страницу, воспользовавщись поисковой машиной, то передайте ее разработчикам, что они не вполне правы и объясните, что роботы теоретически могут забивать на метатег NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW, но не читать robots.txt, где русским по белому написано для всех юзерагентов Disallow: /contacts/ уж вовсе непростительно, и это будет у них не единственное место, вызывающее проблемы... If you find out yourself in this wierd place using a searching machine than please inform its developers that they are morons and let them know that robots should but don't have to obey meta tag NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW as it's almost a simple recommendation (it would be clever though to follow the suggestion not to follow). But disobey robots.txt which disallow /contacts/ for any useragent is just stupid and there are much more places they'll have troubles with it. For further technical details see here.
